“A coworker highly recommended me to Connie Betz and she was extremely easy to work with and impressive from the get-go. When we got the home under contract, there were a few negotiation issues on the inspection of the home. Connie was there every step of the way and we got everything resolved.

Connie was and continues to be extremely easy to work with. She is always professional, polite, and trustworthy. She’s definitely someone I will continue to seek out for my home buying/selling needs and consider her a true friend. There’s nothing more I could’ve asked of Connie. She truly went beyond the call of duty in my opinion.

There were some problems with the home that were discovered after closing and she could’ve walked away and left me to deal with it on my own.  But she didn’t.  She really cared about my 1st time home buying experience and did everything in her power to make it the best experiences possible.

She is an awesome asset to Berkshire and a great person to know. The only thing I could recommend is for Connie to be recognized for her excellent service capabilities and asked to train other agents on how to do their job. She is truly an awesome agent who’s skills and network are invaluable. More so, she has a heart of gold.”
